TLF Renderer: Template Publishing- Rename, Overwrite not providing expected outcomes

When publishing a display that already exists, selecting rename first (without hitting publish) then selecting overwrite and hitting publish will publish a new renamed template. It should obviously overwrite as that is the selected option when publish is hit.
