TLF-Renderer: Data refreshed automatically without user action

Data is automatically being refreshed without me doing anything. All the selectable options to refresh are there and the icon exists next to the correct dataset but the data is already updated.

03/25: Not a bug. This is consistent with built functionality. Data is not locally saved upon exiting a display canvas, locally. So, each time a user goes to a display canvas, data is loaded from the most recent version from PROVE DB dynamically. However, the rendered displays pdf/html are static.

To ensure that the data is correct, either bulk-refresh which updates data/structure and creates render, or "Refresh Data" on canvas needs to be selected to update data/structure. Save and Preview will create corresponding static outputs.
