SCE Platform Ideas Portal - UAT
Based on Gopal's feed back in Aha! from 3/25 I agree there is no bug related specifically to the greyed out "Bulk Refresh" button. I would like to comment that it feels like a rather unintuative process and the User Story doesn't make it clear to me personally. But I also can see that could be a matter of opinion based on the user.
