D.R21.3 Enforcing Uniqueness of display entries upon cloning

Probably not Critical but worth noting. I selected 4 displays to be copied from the display gallary, the work container unlocked saying 3 were successfully copied (only 3 were copied). I changed screens off the LOD and came back and then I saw the LOD had updated and the 4th had copied just later than the rest. So in the end it got there, but could be concerning in certain cases. (I think this should be classified as a bug because I was able to recreate a situation where the last display never loaded and my work container was unlocked).
