D.R21.3 Enforcing Uniqueness of display entries upon cloning

I cloned displays that had the same title and number but different display entry names (from display gallery). The information within the tables was also different (e.g. column/row names). The system adds clone to their titles and table numbers. However this is extremely confusing as it makes me believe these tables are the same.
