TLF Renderer: General - navigation issue on canvas

Not a bug but a big usability issue. The horizontal scroll in the table edit screen only appears if you scroll all the way down vertically. This makes is extremely extremely frustrating to change any column labels or really anything to do with columns. (You have to scroll all the way down, then up to check if you're in the right spot, then back down, then back up. Just to change N to Min).
