Reporter's Issue Description - UIMS ID # 692148 - Header info is lost when specs are pulled from standard lib for a new version in purpose. While creating a new version of spec in purpose Analysis definition header information are lost for all the Analysis definitions. This is happening even when one specification is up versioned."
