Reporter's Issue Description - UIMS ID # 692156  - Enhancement request for Standard library to hold information related to different TA. Enhancement request for Standard library to hold information related to different TA (ADAM Parameter and Analysis Parameter). Currently there is no place holder for analysis definition and at a time only one TA specific ADAM parameter can be maintained at standard library level.
