Label Change: Comments to Comments / Reason for Change
When user is requesting approval of a specification ,the pop up label needs to be updated from “Comments“ to “Comments / Reason for Change“ and make the field Mandatory
When the program package is pushed to production , the pop up label needs to be updated from “Comments“ to “Comments / Reason for Change“ .
