Reporter's Issue Description - Delay of more than an hour in receiving notification when adding 4 users to an existing restricted purpose. Discussed with Saama (Prasad) and submitting ticket to investigate the reason for the delay. Screenshots attached.

First request submitted around 1:45 EST and notification received after an hour.


Saama's Analysis:


Setting of ACLs is sequential processing and when Gita added users to exception list at the same time David had raised request for 6-7 New user onboarding. As user onboarding operation was raised before Gita's request and each user onboarding took roughly 1000 seconds (15 mins) , the time to complete Gita's request was more than an hour.
