Reporter's Issue Description -- I uploaded an Excel file as part of testing to SIGMA. Subsequently, at a later timepoint to investigate a potential issue, I modified the Excel file. After that modification, the 'Uploaded Date & Time' field updated to my *modification* date time. As such, this label is no longer descriptive. Either 'Uploaded Date & Time' needs to be modified to represent that it is reflective of either the 'Uploaded Date & Time' or the 'Last Modified Date & Time', or the field needs to be split in two, with 'Uploaded Date & Time' as a separate field from 'Last Modified Date & Time'.
