Reporter's Issue Description - Some of the L-Seagen studies are in UTF-8 , On SCE we can change the workspace sever from SASAppAWS to SASAppUTF and submit the programs whenever I have UTF8 studies. Whereas in SIGMA (batch submission) it is defaulted to SASAppAWS and no option to select the SASAppUTF (please see the attachment).

We would be needing this feature as soon as possible to run L-Segen studies on SIGMA.

More details:

We have studies which uses UTF-8 data

We need to run those programs on UTF-8 server context

on SAS Studio we have option to choose SAS workspace sever SASAWS or SASUTF8

We would like to have the similar option in SIGMA to select the server context before submitting the program in batch

By default, we use SASAppAWS. For some products we use SASAppUTF to run the programs.
