Reporter's Issue Description - Hello, Here are the collated points from Vaccines Early Adopter Study C459031 SSE for the issues with TLF Renderer. Would request if these upgrades can be included in future update releases for Sigma/TLF Renderer:

1. Line thickness is customizable with G_ODS_CELLPADDING^1, but in TLF renderer, the line thickness is not reflecting. If I try to reduce line thickness, the message mentions 'Value must be greater than or equal to 1'. We may need an option to customize the line thickness in TLF renderer.

2. Table title is center aligned in Sigma SCE, but shows left-aligned in TLF renderer for Predict. For Standard layout option the center alignment shows up. We may need option to customize in Predict output

3. Within the same row, some vaccine tables have layout that requires only counts for one treatment column and count (%) for another treatment column.

In the Sigma SCE, we are able to customize in that manner - e.g. in safety population table, rows have only 'Counts' for each arm column and 'Count (%)' in the Total arm column. But we are not able to customize in TLF renderer output for now. Request if the values/stats displayed can be controlled for each column.

4. In vaccine tables, we need to display special characters so we use unicode values. For e.g. '≥2 Month to <4 months'. But the text to display unicode values resolve properly in the Sigma SCE, but are not resolved in TLF renderer - displayed as '(*ESC*){Unicode 2265}2 Month to (*ESC*){Unicode 003C}4 months'. For Vaccine TA, can Sigma updates accomodate unicode characters in the SCE output datasets and TLF renderer output display?
