Reporter's Issue Description - When you upload dataset via UPLOAD option it fails with an error message 'file upload canceled'.

USERS Facing issue: jeripr,DHANAS27,viswav11

We have been facing this issue for long time, if we upload 10 or more datasets at once only few gets uploaded the rest we have to upload it again.

RCA: When the user was trying to upload a file from FileZilla server he was getting error that upload is cancelled but when he downloaded those files into his local machine it was successful.
