Reporter's Issue Description - I'm working in the CSR purpose for C5591001. I am trying to qc results outputs but the option to 'Mark as QC Accepted' is grayed out. One example is mia_endpts.pdf (V2). I confirmed that the artifact was generated from a QC state program, there are no pending issues, all specifications are approved, QC info has been added to the directory and the QC program is linked. Could you please advise why the option to accept QC is not available?
