Reporter's Issue Description - Team not able to modify the ADaM spec and Analysis definitions even when the package is in draft state as few specs are still in Approved state.
As all ADaM specs and Analysis defn get approved as a package and not single.
We are facing issues with approving the and getting outputs QC accepted.
