Reporter (User experiencing the issue) – ELFERING, MONICAReported Date/Time – 22/04/2025Customer Reported Category – HighDetailed Description: PKPD Programming must be able to load sensitive files to SIGMA via the Network Drive. Our testing so far shows that the file is only readable by the loader, which is correct. However, the file has not been removed after 48 hours like it is during Export and should be removed. See attachment where we tested uploading a NCA Programming Plan docx as an example. However, normally we will need to load PK Concentration csv/xlsx files.
