Detailed Description - Hello, I used sigma to render the P21 define spec. However the define.xlsx showed digital garbled characters instead of words for cod list and method in the variables tab and ID column for code lists and ID column for methods list. However on the interface, they showed like MT.ADAE.AEMERFL instead of MD-EEF22CC83308471094. could you fix it?
