Detailed Description: The Zip file created in Other_files folder by exporting from P21 Enterprise for submission contains only the input files for define.xml creation like ADRG,xpt files and P21 Rendered spec, but actually for submission Zip file should have the following:

XPT files

ADRG

Define.xml

Style sheet(not pulled from P21 Enterprise even outside the zip file).

Please refer purpose 'C4221023_CSR'

Issue Description : The system does not receive the <Style sheet> as part of the response from P21 enterprise
