Detailed Description: Unable to access R package stored in a Sigma purpose. We were able to load the package by adding the Sigma purpose path into .libPaths() earlier. This was working fine for many months and we did not need any support here. This issue of Permission denied first appeared few weeks ago and was resolved by deleting and re-installing the package. Now it is again affecting few users. Last time Technical team tried to restrict and unrestricted purpose but that caused all users to lose access as it created additional files. Please look into this for a long term solution.
Update from SIGMA Support Team: This issue needs to be resolved on High Priority basis as impacting the their deliverables.
