TLF Renderer: Cloning multiple displays from display gallery- task does not go to completion

Two versions of this issue, but essentially I tried to clone 5 displays from the global display gallery and only 4 of them ended up being loaded. Issue with cloning multiple templates from global display gallery.

03/25: Repeated this multiple times, this defect is not reproducible consistently, in our tests- the displays were able to clone properly. It appears to be a performance related issue, which needs to be addressed separately.
