Detailed Description - In our daily work, we frequently need to link items from other protocols, such as SDTM and ADaM (e.g., ADSL), to create new datasets and TLFs based on these linked items. This linking not only ensures real-time updates that stay in sync with the source items, but also provides a clear and traceable audit trail.

However, the functionality to perform such linking is currently unavailable in the SIGMA system.

At present, there are three available alternatives in SIGMA: copy files from the source purpose, upload files from the SIGMA Network Drive, update the sigma_init.sas and modify the path of DATVPROT to the source purpose. However, none of these alternatives fully address the needs of daily work. Thus, please implement a linking function similar to CDARS.

Update from the Hypercare call: We have discussed this requirement in today's call with Gita and other Lead’s to consider this requirement, Gita asked us to forward this ticket to saama team to raise AHA id. Could you please create AHA id for this requirement.
