Detailed Description -

Specifically for Biomarkers, the team needs to be able to link to a dataset that is created/maintained by another team in another area so that they can be sure to include the latest data if/when the dataset is updated. An alternative solution could be to provide the equivalent of a 'dirty flag' like in CDARS to know of the dataset has been updated.
